Sweet Potato and Apple Pie




Preparation - Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the
remaining ingredients (excluding the pie shell and whipped cream) in order given and beat until the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 35a€“40 minutes or until the filling has set.
3. Cool, then serve cut into wedges with whipped cream.
