Cherry Cheese Plate
A fruit and cheese plate is an elegant way to end a party or a great treat to yourself
A fruit and cheese plate is an elegant way to end a party or a great treat to yourself. And maybe you have noticed that many restaurants have adopted this European practice and offer cheese plates after the main meal. That is also tradition. Cherries and cheese are a natural combination. A cheese plate should involve at least four types of cheese, from soft to hard with various textures. Complement with seasonal fruits, and plain water crackers or small slices of baguettes. To serve four people, buy a half pound of each cheese and make sure to have it at room temperature before serving.
