Great Grape Smoothie

Serves 16 glasses

Make a grape smoothie for a hot day; it is so refreshing and there is no limit on the possible ingredients. Pour your grape smoothie into a tall Pilsner or iced tea glass, and sip through a straw. Dark purple grapes give great flavor and color, but a mixture of green, red and purple is appealing, too.

2½ cups seedless dark purple or black grapes, or a combination of grapes, washed

1 cup raspberries

6 ounces plain yogurt

¼ cup honey

½ cup milk

½ cup crushed ice

4 mint leaves

1. In a blender or food processor or with an immersion blender, pulse all the ingredients, except the mint, until smooth. Add the mint and pulse briefly. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
