Honey Mustard Dressing
Makes about 1 cup
Make a green salad come alive by shaking up this light, bright and sprite honey mustard dressing. One-half cup of the dressing is enough to toss with 4 cups washed and spun-dried greens. Refrigerate the rest for another time.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, toasted and crushed to a powder
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 teaspoons honey mustard
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. When ready to use, pour over salad greens in a bowl and toss well.
